How does it work?

Launched for the first time in the Summer of 2022, Rising Talent is all about helping to nurture new talent into the media industry, whilst also trying to help tackle the skills shortage our clients are facing. Our aim is to bring 10 rising freelancers on to our books each year and get them booked on at least one job, to help kickstart their careers.

Are you an aspiring freelancer, just starting out in your career?
