Rising Talent

Empowering emerging media talent

An 8-month initiative to launch the next generation of production and post-production professionals.

Rising Talent was a programme we launched in 2022 to support 10 emerging freelancers as they took their first major steps into the media industry. For 8 months each year between 2022 and 2025, we provided tailored guidance, mentorships, industry exposure, and the opportunity to join our freelance roster – kickstarting their careers in production and post-production.

How did it work?

Our mission was to help close the skills gap while pushing for greater diversity and representation across the industry. By leveraging our agency’s platform and community, we created a structured programme that nurtured talent, supported professional development, and connected rising freelancers with real opportunities in their chosen fields.

Launched in Summer 2022, the goal was to bring 10 new freelancers into our network each year – offering them hands-on experience, mentorship, and a lasting place within the freelance industry.

Looking for emerging talent?

Meet our Rising Talent alumni – now established freelancers on our books, known not only for their skill but also for the drive and personality that got them there. We continue to champion emerging talent across the board, ensuring our freelance community reflects a wide range of experiences, backgrounds, and career stages.
