Rising Talent

Check out our emerging freelancers for 2023

Rising Talent is a 8-month programme where 10 candidates will join our roster to help kick start their careers as freelancers in production and post production.

The main goal of the project is to help bridge the skills gap and assist in pushing the industry to be more reflective of the diverse society we live in, by utilising our agency and freelancers to create a programme that will nurture talent and guide them through professional practice in their desired role.

Adel Seguchi

Animator / Illustrator

Adel is a highly talented Junior Animator / Illustrator specialising in 2D animation filmmaking, illustrations, script and creative writing, music composition and audio-visual installations. She has a great knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Animate, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Blender and more! Her work has been already recognised by a number of festivals and she has managed to be involved in various projects including book illustrations, and animations which has helped her to develop an asset of transferable problem-solving skills as well as provided practical creative challenges which she can’t wait to apply in her future work. In addition she can speak fluent Hungarian!

Carrie Bellamy

Runner, Production Assistant and Researcher

Carrie is an enthusiastic and professional Runner, Production Assistant and Researcher! She has completed a number of training courses to further her knowledge of the industry and would really love to gain her first professional credits. During her degree Carrie has worked as a Researcher and Editor on Documentary projects and has subsequently Directed and Produced music Videos. Carrie would love to work on a range of projects as a runner / researcher to further her knowledge of the industry, with a long term goal of working on Music Videos or Documentaries.

Cliona Shepard

Cliona Shepard

Camera Assistant/trainee and runner

Cliona is a brilliant Camera Assistant/trainee and runner who is a brilliant problem solver and thrives being hands on whilst on set. Cliona would love to develop her skills on a various cameras, from having some experience already with C300, FX6/FX9 and Alexa Mini and also expand her knowledge as a Lighting Trainee. Cliona has previously worked with Silverstone Radio, Globecast and ITN and would love to gain further experience in the industry.

Joe Steel

Runner/Edit & Camera Assistant

Joe is an enthusiastic Runner/Edit & Camera Assistant who would be an asset to any team. He is self-driven individual who takes the initiative and constantly developing his skills. He is proficient in using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine 5. Originally from Sheffield, Joe has recently graduated from University of Leeds and would love to work and learn by helping on set, being behind the camera and help within the Edit suite. Joe had recently finished working on his first professional advert project which he loved! He is really eager to learn, and open to new and collaborative ideas and meeting new people.

John Roberto

Photographer

John has been successfully freelancing for the past 3 years as a Photographer. He loves photographing events, and would love to work on more, and is used to working under pressure having also shot numerous, Weddings, Birthdays, and Beauty Pageants. His kit includes Sony A74 and Sony A6600, 6 prime lenses, gimbal and a zoom lens. He is also able to edit in DaVinci. He is proficient in using Lightroom, Photoshop, Procreate and Canva Pro to name a few. His ambition is to eventually run a Photography studio doing fashion shoots and headshots, and continue evolving his Videography skills. John is keen to keep learning in the industry and meeting new clients!

Jordan Labarr

Jordan Labarr

Runner, production assistant and writer

Jordan is a really enthusiastic runner, production assistant and writer! Jordan graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Creative Writing in 2022 and has since completed courses in audio production & editing. Jordan would love to get his first credits within the industry and would be open to a variety of different roles. Long term Jordan would love hopes to work in production & scriptwriting for TV.

Kyoka Seguchi

Camera Trainee/Assistant

Kyoka is a wonderful Camera Trainee/Assistant who graduated from UCL. Kyoka has already had some experience in the industry from working as a Camera Trainee on Call The Midwife and a Music Video for Bombay Bicycle Club, but would love to develop her skillset further in the industry as her goal is to be a DOP.  Kyoka is very adaptable, has a great eye for detail and a real passion in the industry – she is a great communicator, watcher and listener and does her best to soak up any new knowledge on set from her peers and colleagues.

Mindy Bilkhu

Junior CG Generalist, Animator and VFX trainee

Mindy is a highly talented Junior CG Generalist, Animator and VFX trainee. Her skills are in 3D & 2D, and she is very much a computer based animator/designer. She is proficient in Cinema 4D, Illustrator, After Effects and Character Animator and has interned as a Junior CG Generalist on an animated production for Disney +. She has also worked with clients such as ITV, Blinkink, Cult LND & Apollo to name a few. Mindy’s ultimate goal is to work on children’s tv/media, and currently she wants to keep learning and evolving her animation, CG and VFX skills whilst working with new clients.  

Remmi E. Valja

Camera Assistant/Lighting & Electrical Trainee

Remmi is a fantastic and hardworking Camera Assistant/Lighting & Electrical Trainee who has already been working with great number of clients including Gravity Media, Molinare, Radiant Post, Splice, Clear Cut and more! Remmi has already experience working as a Runner/Production Assistant where she was assisting the camera department with setting up equipment and managing cables, and was in charge of the runner duties. She also worked as a Studio Assistant which gave her a good understanding and practice of setting up and taking down equipment, operating cameras and working in a professional environment. Her ambition is to be a DOP but for now she would love to gain as much Camera/lightening Assistant work as possible to get a better understanding of the industry and learn from the people she works with!

Sudhanshu Ganvir

Sudhanshu Ganvir

Production Assistant

Sudhanshu is an enthusiastic, committed and professional Production Assistant who thrives in an environment where he has to think quickly and is able to manage multiple tasks. He has worked as a Production Assistant for ITV and Horizon Productions, and is keen to develop his career in media. Ultimately, he is aiming to be a Production Manager, and with his previous experience in Hospitality and Celebrity Management, having been integral to organising and managing logistics for some heavily attended events, he will make a great PM one day! He can also edit in Premiere and grade in DaVinci, giving him a great understanding of the full production process.
