Responsibilities:

– Researching and creating multimedia content for social media channels.

– Responding to social media enquiries.

– Actively listen to channels to find opportunities and to promote services.

– Produce reports and present social media insights at management meetings.

– Build relationships with our client’s community.

– Drive social conversations.

– Keep up to date with digital trends.

– Increase brand exposure.

– Helping to support the daily activities of the team and by covering social media, website content and email marketing activities.

– Support the distribution of content by reaching out to blogs, forums and other websites of interest.

Skills and Experience:

– Relevant degree or equivalent

– Interest in video production and technology.

– Good knowledge of social media marketing techniques.

– Excellent writing skills.

– Experience using Google Analytics.

You will also need some experience of online engagement, social media management and research as well as being up to date with current trends.

This role would ideally suit someone who is interested in video production, and has a basic understanding of elements such as DSLR film making.
